702Greens is a fast-growing Las Vegas startup building the first in-person Growth Team. This is a chance to get in early, work directly with the founder, and help shape how the brand shows up in the city.
This role lives in the real world — yoga and pilates studios, fitness events, sound healing nights, cooking classes, wine tastings, farmers markets, and partner pop-ups.

What You’ll Do
What you’ll actually do.
This isn’t a “stand behind a table” gig. Here’s what a real week looks like:
- Show up to 2–4 high-quality events per week (markets, studios, community activations)
- Start real conversations with health-conscious people — not a script, a connection
- Educate potential members on what microgreens are, why they matter, and how we deliver
- Sign up new members and generate referrals from existing customers
- Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, studios, and event organizers
- Follow up with warm leads and create repeat touchpoints
- Report weekly results and share what’s working with the team
Compensation
Base + upside. Built for high earners.
We start with a base floor while you ramp, then earnings scale with performance and responsibility. We build around top performers.
Most people ramp into these numbers — once you find your groove and repeat what works, you earn more in fewer hours. We’ll walk through the exact structure on the intro call.

Peak windows are mornings — weekdays and weekends. That’s when health-minded people show up and the best events consistently perform.
We find what works, repeat the highest-performing activations, and keep improving the play. If you get more done in less time, that’s a win — you earn more and work less.
We coach and guide. We set the standard. We don’t babysit.
Selected candidates complete our Growth Partner Academy before entering the trial period. You’ll learn the product, the pitch, the standards, and the systems — so you show up prepared from day one.
