702 Greens is a growing, founder-led business in Las Vegas, still in an early stage where building the right team and systems matters a lot. We're building a local food brand that puts quality first — real greens, grown fresh, delivered direct.

Las Vegas deserves fresh, local food. We're building the farm to make that happen.

We need a Growth Operator to own our sales pipeline, customer retention, and partnerships. This is not a VA role — you're driving revenue. You'll own the numbers and get paid when they grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales pipeline from lead to close
  • Manage CRM, follow-ups, and customer relationships
  • Build and execute retention campaigns
  • Identify and close partnership opportunities
  • Report on revenue metrics and growth KPIs
  • Collaborate with founder on strategy

A revenue-minded operator. You think in funnels, conversion rates, and lifetime value. You're not waiting for instructions — you're building the playbook.

This role is for someone who wants to build something, not just execute tasks.

Requirements

Proven track record in sales or growth rolesExperience with CRM and pipeline managementStrong analytical skillsSelf-directed and accountableExcellent written and verbal EnglishAvailable during US business hours

Compensation

$1,500 – $4,000/mo
Base + performance bonus tied to revenue growth
