702Greens is a founder-led startup growing fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens in Las Vegas. We grow to order, harvest fresh, pack precisely, and serve homes, restaurants, gyms, and wellness-focused customers across the city.

You'll learn how a real food startup works from the inside out.

You'll work alongside the founder learning every part of the operation: growing, harvesting, packing, quality control, inventory, fulfillment, and eventually how to manage and scale a small food business.

We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and genuinely curious about building something. If you're the kind of person who wants to learn how to run a business — not just work at one — this is for you.

• Learn the full operation — seed to sale: growing, harvesting, packing, quality control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Prepare customer orders accurately for same-day fulfillment
• Help manage inventory, supplies, and production schedules
• Support farmers market prep and event operations
• Gradually take on more responsibility as you prove yourself

You show up for every scheduled shift, on time and ready to work. You follow written steps carefully, notice small mistakes, and double-check your work before moving on. You’re comfortable with physical, repetitive work and take pride in producing the same high standard every day.

You do not need farming experience or experience managing a large team. Reliability, care, accuracy and willingness to learn matter most.

You will begin by learning and performing the daily operation. Once you can complete the core work accurately without supervision, you can take ownership of inventory, production planning, quality control, training and eventually supervision.

The position includes paid training and a path to increased hours, compensation, performance incentives and potential profit sharing. Exceptional candidates with directly relevant experience may be considered above the stated range.
