You'll learn how a real food startup works from the inside out.

You'll work alongside the founder learning every part of the operation: growing, harvesting, packing, quality control, inventory, fulfillment, and eventually how to manage and scale a small food business.

We're looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and genuinely curious about building something. If you're the kind of person who wants to learn how to run a business — not just work at one — this is for you.

• Learn the full operation — seed to sale: growing, harvesting, packing, quality control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Prepare customer orders accurately for same-day fulfillment
• Help manage inventory, supplies, and production schedules
• Support farmers market prep and event operations
• Gradually take on more responsibility as you prove yourself
