Hiring team sign-in privacy

What this notice covers

This notice covers Google sign-in for the private 702Greens hiring app. Access to that app is limited to people whose email addresses a 702Greens administrator has approved.

Information used for sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, process the account information needed to authenticate you. This includes your email address and may include basic profile information such as your name and profile photo. The hiring app uses your email address to check whether your team account is active.

Team account records

For approved team members, we keep an email address, access role, account status, and last sign-in time. These records let us manage access to hiring information. We use sign-in information for authentication and account administration, not advertising, and we do not sell it.

Service providers and access

Google provides Google sign-in. Supabase handles authentication and stores team account records. Our hosting provider delivers the app. Authorized 702Greens administrators can manage team access.

Your choices and questions

You can use an approved email sign-in link instead of Google sign-in. To ask about your hiring app account or request removal of its access, email hello@702greens.com.
